Heat index is supposed to be 110F today. And all week.

So here's my letter.

Dear Sun.
Stop it.
- Alexandria.

And another one.

Dear School.
If even one minute of this team-building, learn-how-to-be-a-mentor, only-good-for-resume-padding crap is outside, I'm walking away and not coming back.

Yah. Oh, and you're more south than I am, urgh. It's prolly the same, though, because it's the same heat wave.

True, LOL. Ouch.

I haven't gone to the gym in almost 2 weeks now, as my dad was on vacation the first week (and he's who I go with), and now it's just too damn hot to think about going to exercise somewhere; even though the gym does have air conditioning, it can only do so much, especially with a bazillion people in there, each sweating and opening the door and letting the cold air out.

It was kinda hot down here today. Prolly only a little over 20 degrees, but it felt hot compared to the past few days. At first it was nice, and I spent about twenty minutes sitting in front of the open back/side doors with the sun on my back. It was verah nice. Then I wandered around outside and soaked it all up. I don't mind the comfortably warm days, where there's a cool breeze.

But then by the time I had to go hand out catalogues the sun went from comfortable to ksdfnlksdfla, and I started formulating letters like yours in my head. Only with 60% more profanity.

And that is my story.

Neither do I. Then you can sit under a tree or something and be breezed at and it's lovely.

Urgh. Die, uncomfortable heat.

Lawl. Mine would have been lots more profane if I had to go outside. There was no outsiding at this thing, only lots of boring. Srsly, they gave us this packet that covered everything we had to do (as in, we could have just taken the packet and winged it), and then made us spend ages going over it. And today? TODAY WE HAVE TO BE THERE JUST TO LISTEN TO THE TEACHERS PRACTICE THEIR PRESENTATION. wtf.
