• 17:17:41: Basically, majormajormajor dislike. This is the coolest thing I've ever owned after my own computer, and I can't get it to work right.

• 17:20:59: Reboot, hard reset, plugged in, nada. Frozen block & text stay on even when the thing's off--makes me think screwed up inside, not screen.
  
• 17:41:42: They don't repair these, just exchange them. Price for their exchange (for a refurb)? $100. Price for a new, newer model? $160. DX
  
• 17:48:18: Fuuuuck. More playing + Googling + my messing with the screen some more --> made it worse. Definitely the screen broken. I want to cry.

• 18:03:41: He emailed me the code to type in and it's not just invalid, but I think already been used, because it gives me a specific error code. FML.

• 18:11:39: Internet tells me it's some random part, not the screen, but it's still just a flat fee to swap it out. Want, but do not have spare $100.
