On an OMGWTF note, yesterday was not so good. In that somehow I managed to eat something like 800 calories in an hour. I haven't binged that badly in a long time.
Plus, my mp3 player has been missing since Wednesday or so, which ticks me off. It's in the house somewhere, but we were cleaning and somebody moved it but nobody knows where it is now, so I'm worried that it's on the floor somewhere getting stepped on.

Date: 2007-10-17 10:45 am (UTC)Eat low GI foods! I can't remember if I told you that before, but definitely seek some foods like that. It's likely you were craving carbs or something, and foods that are low GI stop that sort of thing from happening. They keep you fuller for longer, and the energy lasts, as opposed to foods that give you a sudden burst of energy, then leave you wanting more. Or, y'know, pile it all onto your hips. >:(
