Did anybody else think that the mom kissing her kid's arm at the end of Thirteen was a little creepy? And the hand-stroking? Idk, I know this is probably because were I in that situation, my parents would just have me locked up, but IMO it went beyond affectionate and into creeptastic at the end.

And the last scene, with the carousel screaming? That just didn't fit. I mean, I get what the director was trying to do there, but it didn't really work. It seemed like it was tacked on there and just didn't mesh with the film.

IL THAT MOVIE. And lol yes, that was a little creepy. But also sweet, I think. Personally I liked it when Evie (Evie? Eve?) kissed Tracey's mum. Good slashy tiems.

I'm sort of up in the air. There were bits I liked, bits I'd direct really differently, etc. It was good, but not my favorite, I'd say.

But also sweet, I think.

The intent, yes. I totally appreciate that it's actually a really lovely thing, it just looked all incestuous.

What scene was that?

The carousel bit? Very very end, after everything. The color starts coming back, Tracey wakes up, we fade to black only to fade in on her spinning on the carousel, and she starts to scream.

I have trufax held this opinion since I first saw the movie. It was really creepysauce, and the end bit just annoys me. Lol random insert shot of no importance because it had shitty execution!

It sort of ruined the movie for me, I think, because since that was the end, that's what you remember.
