Thing is that most of the time, if you've been singled out as having something offensive, they'll do what they say up there in the first part and ask you to take it down or make it FO or private. This interest based deletion thing is somewhat new, though I have heard that some journals with drug-related interests have been getting taken off, possibly since before this.
I mean, I'm no lawyer, but they need to clarify that up there, because that's essentially contradictory. Trufax.
