It doesn't help that it's getting colder in the mornings here.
Urgh. I hate trying to wake up in the winter. As it's getting warmer here, it's easy to get up but harder to leave my bedroom because it manages to be the coldest room in the house, excluding the basement, quite a bit of the time. Because I don't forget to close my windows in the morning and let all the hot air in. (Because I don't open them in the first place, but still.) That and it's harder to go to sleep because the bed can get quite warm.
Of course, I will be spending the majority of the day doing my art, so it's not as much a cause for celebration as it should be.
So you're off school, then? I suppose I wouldn't like having to do art on command. It's got to be tough working on a deadline--you probably enjoy it a bit less, no?
ANZAC Day is like your veterans' or memorial day, no?
Hee, Gillian+flowers. I watched a movie with her in it on Saturday. Freak the Mighty. She was slightly drunk most of the time and had this odd southern US accent/drawl thing going on (odd because it was off just enough to make you turn your head slightly to the side as you listened) and wore a bathrobe and it made me laugh and think of you.
