Ahh, yes. Teh Liz. *hearts* I've been watching lots of Xena lately (as my mum had lost my dvds like 9 months ago and just found them again), so I'm basking in the Liz-inspired gay.
Even though we were talking about this like ages ago, I actually was thinking about this fic a few days ago. My brother found me a medical book on the library's sale table and bought it (it's only the Physicians' Desk Reference thing about all the drugs known to man, so not as cool as one with diseases and pictures, but still fun) and that inspired me to play with all my other books, nd I started trying to find a disease for that situation.
Which is hard for me, because basically what House does is take a textbook case and bastardize it up so that it's completely indistinguishable as aforementioned case, make half of the symptoms not match up at all, and then turn it into an episode. Though that is what happens, sort of, because everybody's cases are different, but half the time I'm like "No! No, no, no, no! Not how it works! Pneumonia does not cause your pinky toes to grow twice their normal length and sprout polka dots!"
So yeah. Difficult because I'm all not so willing to fudge the medicine. I should get over that, though, if I want to write fic with actual cases in it.
But this thinking is what made me go "You moron. You've still got like 90 comments to reply to from Cathryn. *smacks self*"
GL: Oh. I was thinking maybe Cuddy and Cameron."
Oh, let the stalking commence. Who is he, exactly? Does he have. . . influence over the writing? (Please, please, please!)
Whether it be in or out of the Jell-O.
I dunno. Jell-o in your funbits probably wouldn't be that enjoyable. I hear that sugar in such sensitive places can cause near instant yeast infections. So we'll say out. Though they don't necessarily have to make it to a bed or anything. The hospital showers while washing off the jell-o would be fine. And then the bed. You know, I really wish that House was on Showtime. Granted, I don't get showtime, so I couldn't see the show, but I could probably download it, and then there'd be lots of sexing.
Speaking of Showtime. I've been watching The L Word. Mate of mine from my math class brought his laptop and offloaded the first season onto my portable hard drive thingie (and as soon as I can bear to part with the drive overnight, he's going to take it home and give me 2 and 3 also). Seen the show? Anyway. In like episode 2 or 3 or something, there's this bit where Jenny and Marina are with the sucking face, and Marina's hair is just like teh Cuddy's and Jenny's hair is pretty similar (Jenny's is a bit darker) to Cameron's. So they're just about my favorite pairing on there just because when they're making out and you can't see the faces so much, it looks like Cameron and Cuddy. Yay for that.
