I was doing really well trying to lose some of my no-running, teenage-laziness weight, but then I get all PMS-y and eat everything in sight

*nods* I get terrible with the PMS-y food cravings.

As I have absolutely no metabolism

I don't gain weight very easily, but I find it really hard to lose it, so I wouldn't know how to describe my metabolism.

haven't been getting to the gym.

I have never been, and I don't particularly want to. But my suburb is awesome in that it's really nice and quiet (read: safe) and there are all sorts of hills and a lovely little park. I go walking quite often, through the park and into neighbouring suburbs and everything. And I have my own little shortcuts and backroads and things which I like to wander through. I used to ride my bike, but the doctor said it's bad for my knees. And I don't like having my underwear ride up my ass the helmet, kthnx.
