Forgive me, in Australia we use a different system. Well, one is still failing; level one here is like when a pre-primary kid writing a squiggle and tell you it says 'cat'. (My sose teacher gave me a level one in my REPORT. I hate that bastard, he grades me because he hates me. And I swear my grades have gone down since the homophobic bastard found out I was a lesbian.)
But I generally get level fours/level four-fives, so I'm guessing that it's a different system.
