commotiocordisRe: the 71 year old who backed his car up over the hood of the police car that was pulling him over (can't find a link to the story online yet, but they just reported it on CNN). A $200 fine and a defensive driving program? That's assault with a deadly weapon. That guy needs thrown in jail.
