I'd love to sue him. This is going to be $350 of work minimum, and if I get the root canals, we're looking at something like $2000. They'd prolly manage to turn it around on me, though, since there's no real, certain documentation that these have been there forever, and I could have always mentioned them if I wanted him to do something about them.
If the root canals end up happening, though, I might look into it. Because that's a lot of money.
Idk about the lawyer thing, though. Doctor was always my first desire, but lawyer has become a second recently. And, of course, I can very much see myself being a teacher down the road--good hours, you know, if not great pay.
