Okay, it's weird that I'm happy because I got a reply back from serial_pwner that said that she was looking forward to maybe receiving my application (to PPTH) in the future. Fictional character, Alexandria. She can't really invite you to her bed hospital. It's just a bit of a "huh, you know what, I am going to be a doctor".

If I can pass my chem final tomorrow.

And now I'm all depressed. Because I'm not going to pass my chem final tomorrow. I can't even find my book to study from.

Life should be determined by IQ. Then I'd be set. Not motivation or desire to learn or some such.

I'd probably have done much better in the class if I ever showed up.

And now for something completely different. Well, actually, rather close to what I started talking about in the beginning.

Oh, I'm with the story.

(Translation: I've got a story to tell.)

Alyssa and Meredith and I were talking about how Alyssa made vinny_life try and find my picture in the yearbook and it was really obvious as I'm the first person your eyes go to as a result of my paleness. (Which is not so pale, anymore, as I had a garden show gig type thing and that was in the sun and my sunscreen had worn off and arms are really dark now. Well, really dark for me. Still horridly paler than most people.) And how I hate the sun. And we used that old cliche about avoiding the sun like the plague. But then I realized that that was a bad analogy. As if someone had the plague, I'd be all "Oooh, plague!!" And go play with the Y. Pestis.

Methos was on Medium. And I laughed. But he was a bit part and that made me sad.

And I just swallowed a bug. And then choked. Not fun.

Okay. The piano interlude bit in the Barenaked Ladies song "Falling for the First Time" is so cool.

I'm going through all the vids that I just downloaded, and that's the song for one of them. (A House/Wilson by amazonqueenkate.)

But in the watching of that vid, I realized that I missed more episodes when I was babysitting every Tuesday night last year than I thought. I knew that my family didn't always tape them, but there are a lot more scenes in that vid that I didn't recognize than I expected. That further encourages my decision to watch all the House episodes again this summer. (The sad thing is that, like when I bought the first two seasons of West Wing on DVD, I will probably finish them all in 3 or 4 days.)
