Dec. 14th, 2005 10:16 pmSo... evidently my friend had her baby on Sunday. Thing is, it's got some kind of eye infection (what's the first thing you think of when you hear that?) and possibly is blind. Baby + infection --I'm going to go out on a limb and say they were lying when they said they used protection all the time.
One of my other friends broke up with his girlfriend, the two that were really serious (not like sex serious, like marriage when they graduated serious).
And that reservoir that broke in MO, totally almost took out my mum's friend's sister's house. That sounds like a really far jump and that we'd barely know them, but the sister's daughter is friends with my sister.
Who is really cool. Playing the Sims, she had one character that looked like another character, and she says, "They're cute together. They can get married." And started having them flirt and talk and whatever to make them like each other. Thing is: both were chicks. She's so homoaccepting, it's great. And, she's a slasher. I've raised a slasher. She hasn't actually read anything, but I paraphrase stories for her sometimes to make them more 10 year old appropriate. Because I think that she sees stuff a lot worse than this on TV between a man and a woman, so why not be exposed to everything. I've been searching for little fluffy stories in my pairings that are rated G so that I can actually let her read something.
School is going to be interesting. Some kid in my English class started this rumor that Stephanie and I are going out. Which is not true. But we were talking about it in English class, and everyone was like "You're not going out?".
She's all "I'm straight. They're probably still talking about Alexandria and Sadie, and thought Sadie=Stephanie."
Stephanie outs me to more people than I'm comfortable with. She's done this before. Because I'm really not good with all these people knowing. Because I feel that it locks me in. Maybe I want to date a guy. Gonna be pretty hard, as no one's going to approach me if they all think I'm a lesbian. I could always approach them, but I'm too shy for that.
