Yay for that mental image popping into heads. I'm a fan of that kind of thing. It needs to be the PotW, so then he'd say that he saw them, and they would just pass it off as hallucinations (because Cameron was mysteriously not there to tell them otherwise) so they treated him for something, but it was the wrong something, until House figures out that he doesn't have hallucinations and that it is thus something else and then proceeds to make lots of insinuating lesbian comments.
