I've never thought about summer having a specific smell
Here it does. It's like a warm, dry grass smell. But that could just be because I live near paddocks full of, erm, dry grass.
Summer nights when it's cool and the sky is clear and you can see the stars, those are nice too.
Totally. I'd love nothing more than to lay on the roof on nights like that. But mum doesn't like it, ever since I fell, erm, through the roof at our old house and split my head open.
I love stories.
