I love that smell. Summer is coming in for us, and I actually like the smell of summer too. We're getting the summer's-almost-here cool evenings with the faintest hint of a summery scent and it reminds me of summer in my little corner of the world - long school holidays, Christmas, my birthday, the sun not setting until about 8pm, browns and yellows, having our little family BBQs every couple of nights or so, salad, and BOXER SHORTS! Yay! I have so many more summery things, but yeah.
I hate the heat though. Once the sun goes down it's good. And summer makes for some AWESOME thunderstorms. Lol, I just realised I've taken your winter comment and turned it into a little nostalgic summer story. Look at me go.

my friends list speaks/writes like me, which is entertaining, because they're all up with the crazy convoluted "not with the making of me happy" and "And that's my story" and my extremely overused "yay!"s.
*gaps* YOU are behind all these? I picked them up off other people (read: one other person). I could have sworn I didn't pick up "That is my story" off a real-life person, though. I'm pretty sure I heard it as a quote somewhere.
