Yeah but do you really eat a whole half-cup of seeds in one go?

No. But the serving size they gave was 1/4 of a cup, which sort of makes me think that that much is a normal eating amount (though I rarely eat more than a few seeds at a time), which is still loads of calories.

Very true. Protein and such also.

Yes. So it's rather a toss-up. Sugar out the wazoo and less calories or good fats (but still fats) and protein and loads of calories.

I think I'd tend to lean towards the ice cream. Because it's yummier.
