Elizabeth's hair situation was due to Kiera Knightley's filming of Domino. She had it cut REALLY short for that, so had to wear a wig in this.
Yeah, I was wondering why, if it was only pulled back, it was all shaggy around the front bits. I was like "Hmm, did they actually cut her hair for this?" So now I know. Yay.
