I liked Cutthroat Bitch. She was my favorite prolly from the get-go. I do not like Kutner or Taub. I also thought it was dumb that Cuddy was all "You have to hire a woman," because if it's not in the budget for three, it's not in the budget. I vaguely like 13, but honestly? I don't think she and the promise of 30 seconds once an episode of Wilson is really enough to keep me watching. Kutner and Taub flat out do not interest me at all. Everybody else they got rid of was more interesting, more likable, or more intriguing in some way. We know nothing about these two, which, while probably done to keep us guessing about who they were going to cut and save interesting stuff for after they were hired, was dangerous because I don't think anybody feels a connection to them.

So yes. Oh, plus, the case just seemed to stop there after a while. And where did this diagnosis come from, we ask? Because we weren't so much shown as not. How did it fit? Because what? We weren't so much shown as not.

All new people, mostly those nobody cares about, and no new episode until January? Fox is going to have to do a lot of work to pull everybody back in then.

Yeah, okay, so the real reason I didn't want Amber to go was because I needed somebody to slash Thirteen with and she made it almost too easy. Sue me.

I think what TPTB were/are trying to do is to have the new team be like the characters that were before.

Ohyeah. And I agree with the Cameron, though I think Kutner is more of Chase, because Kutner has been explicitly associated with House, just like Chase. I'm having a harder time with Taub, because I made Amber be Foreman in my head because of the car-washing/article-stealing parallel. So idk about him, though he's probably supposed to be the Foreman character.

She definitely had potential

That's what I latched on to, I think. Why does she want the job so badly? I don't believe that it's just because she doesn't like losing. Even if it is, what made her like that? She had enough of a teaser there that I went "Ooh, character exploration".

I don't see it impacting much on the show.

It really can't. The plot line is over, unless the writers don't come back and they have to resort to "OMG, symptoms! No, she's okay. OMG, symptoms! No, it's something else." Because the second she gets real symptoms, she can't really do medicine anymore; abstract thinking and cognitive flexibility are what diagnostics is, plus the chorea would prevent her from actually doing any procedures. She'd be worthless, because even before the symptoms progress enough to be debilitating, she'd have to quit under pressure from legal or else be sued by every single person she ever looked at/touched/consulted on.

Yess to Big Love and Old Guy. There were obviously too many people, but BL was one that I would have liked to stay. He's too. . . incorruptible because of the religion, I think, is why they dumped him. We want crises like Cameron's where she goes "OMG, I am like him now!!1one!"
