I have always wanted coily reddish gold hair. I had it when I was tiny (it was much more gold and less red then, though). And I know mine would go in such a direction (though getting to actual coils would probably take work) if I chopped it all off, because the wispy bits around my face are really tight spirals when it's humid. I'm a fan of the lazy approach to hair, though, LOL, and too afraid of change to cut it, so its own weight keeps it from curling. Which is why I am forced to just sit and envy in silence. I totally get where you're coming from there.
