I have a feeling I'll be like your sister ;) But me liking the books isn't the endorsement, it's DH liking them, lol. I love vampire books and honestly, she did everything I'd been wanting to see in a vampire romance since I was in high school--including having the high school girl, LOL. I'd have been a fanatic if these had come out 12-13 years ago.

I will tell you, there's no smut--it does get a little violent for YA rating, IMO, but there's nothing graphic sex-wise, which I actually liked. I felt it left more to the imagination (and my imagination is often better than the crap that some authors spew out as far as sex scenes *coughDamnYouLKHcough*).

My best friend was okay with books 1 and 2, found book 3 boring and then liked book 4. I borrowed the books from my friend who's a nurse (and still haven't given them back, lol). You can d/l them online, DH got book 4 that way (and then I hid it because I was mad that he had--I'd told him he had to wait until I was done to read it, it wasn't fair since he was opposed to the series in the first place, that he'd get to finish it before me) so I know they're available that way.

Did you get the movie as a torrent? Has it already been bootlegged?
