Turns out it wasn't quite as good as I'd thought (when I looked it up, I was all "W00t, all but $8k!", but the number I was looking at for the tuition was per semester, sadly), but it's still nice. I'm kinda failing on the college front so far, having only applied to two other places, so it's nice to get my options broadened a bit.
