I binge like that sometimes. It's very frustrating.
Eat low GI foods! I can't remember if I told you that before, but definitely seek some foods like that. It's likely you were craving carbs or something, and foods that are low GI stop that sort of thing from happening. They keep you fuller for longer, and the energy lasts, as opposed to foods that give you a sudden burst of energy, then leave you wanting more. Or, y'know, pile it all onto your hips. >:(
