Had to link to this. It's part parody, part summary of the OotP movie. Cracktastic, this one. I was in stitches for lots of it, trying not to wake everybody up. Bellatrix Lestrange's evil cleavage FTW. (Which I've just remembered there is quite a bit of in my Bella icon, so yay for that.)

THAT IS SO VERY NEAR TO TOUCHING IT THAT we are dorks, lol

LOLOLOL. That's like me in the cinema the other day. I'd just seen Bridge to Terabithia with my sister, and we had to wait for my dad and brother to come out of HP, right, only we were sitting IN FRONT OF A LARGE HP DISPLAY. WITH AN ALMOST-LIFESIZED TONKS. Made me even happier in my pants.

mine is dumb Photoshop Elements, which basically means it doesn't have all the good stuff

I've often wondered what Elements was. If your internet isn't too slow you should download 7.0. Or CS or whatever. I use 7.0, so my mind automatically jumps to that one.
If you did have all the good stuff, your skills would be worth heaps in no time. It's so easy to learn, and you're the kind of person who learns real quick (or so I've read :P) so it wouldn't take much. I hardly even use tutorials - I just fiddle and see what works. Very therapeutic.

whatever I did would involve a bunch of clicks, so I couldn't go back as far as I needed, so I'd have to revert and start from scratch

I'm not sure exactly what the differences are, but you should see if you can display the history box. That way you can scroll back and undo everything from a certain point onwards. You can select it under the "window" or "view" tabs, methinks.
That, or just duplicate the layer, so you can fiddle and then delete it if you hate it, and have the original underneath.
But yeah. I have NO idea what's different between the two programs.

WITH AN ALMOST-LIFESIZED TONKS.

You should steal it. No lies. I would. (Well, okay, no, I'd ask if I could have it when they were finished displaying it. Though if it was smaller, I would. Because they wouldn't miss it and it would get so much more molestation love with me.)

I hardly even use tutorials - I just fiddle and see what works.

Yeah, me too. I've only started using the mini!Photoshop recently, though, before it was all this other program. Actually, I use them both in combination more often than not, because on the other program, it's really easy to crop things to whatever size you want, while that's all guess and check on mini!Phtshp.

you should see if you can display the history box.

yyy, I've got that one. It's up in some weird tab thing on the right, though. Odd.

just duplicate the layer, so you can fiddle and then delete it if you hate it, and have the original underneath.

That's what I usually do, when I remember. I'm not used to being able to do it, as there was no such feature in the other program I used.

I have NO idea what's different between the two programs.

You know, neither do I, really. I just figure by the name "Elements" and the fact that it's not 1 trillion dollars like real Photoshop that it's got less stuff.
