Nah. You'd think there would be danger and confusion, but there's not. The orange is prolly closer to a yellow than a red, come to think of it. But still classed as orange. And if you're colourblind or confused, the orange is always in the middle of the three, so you can just tell that way.
Hee, mini story. When I was little I asked dad what the lights meant and he said "green means go, red means stop, and orange means put your foot down/speed up." Twas funny, because I've always remembered it that way, even though I know what it's really for and all that.
