You don't know me but I was scrolling through the Ninth Chevron friends page looking for a summary of the new Stargate episode and saw your post and I may have an answer for you. You could have a little known genetic disease/condition known as Gilbert's Syndrome. I have it too and let me assure you it's a fairly useless syndrome. All it means is that if you get too tired or something you can turn yellow. My friends in college used to try and make me change color until I assured them I was not, in fact, a chameleon and could not do so at will.
