Yeah, pretty much. Not always, but I tend to be. I'd really like to do one of those comparage things, make me take like a short version of a standardized test, one of those college ones (except for not nearly as long because they get boring) perhaps, when I've had little/no sleep and when I've gotten a full night of sleep and see if there's a difference. I don't know if there would be, though, as even if I get a full night of sleep the night before, it's more than likely that I didn't go to bed at all the night before that. Which might cancel it out. Though sleep research seems to say that it doesn't. Sleep psychology/neurology interests me somewhat. Mostly because I like to know about the things I'm missing out on. ;)
I've been really tired lately. Me too, actually. But lately I've been pretty (read: extremely) depressed, which always makes me have weird sleeping/energy patterns. That combined with how school has been rather overwhelming of late is not good.
